MEET CAL RAY
OWNER OF ONSITE
Cal Ray is not your average computer tech, he becomes part of your business and family as he solves your technical issues and empowers you with the education and knowledge needed to protect your business, home and family.
Cal Ray Rogers, Jr. is a Wilmington native who loves the Carolina Tar Heels, even though he is an East Carolina University graduate. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Jessica Rogers, and they have four beautiful children. When Cal Ray isn’t working, he enjoys bike rides with his family, coaching his kids’ baseball teams, working out with his wife, and serving in his church and community.
Cal Ray has been working as a computer technician since 2010. He worked and owned a Pepperidge Farm bread franchise for over 10 years, while advancing his technical knowledge and building his IT business, Cal Ray’s IT. He collaborated with Onsite Computer Services years ago and has recently restructured the two businesses into one, renaming the company Onsite Tech Services.
Cal Ray’s calm demeanor and integrity is what sets him apart as he consults with clients to protect their assets and identity. He finds great satisfaction in helping others regain control of their lives as he educates them on safe and secure Internet usage.
Cal Ray’s experience is wide-ranged and varies from basic computer and printer repairs, to setting up entire Smart Home systems, managing security for businesses, performing migration system updates, protecting users from identity theft and helping parents protect their families through whole home parental controls.
Burke Connolly lives in Southport, NC. He has been living in Southport, NC for the last 12 years. He is married to his wife Susan, and they have five beautiful children. When Burke is not working, he enjoys jogging, music (whether playing or listening) family time, and church-related matters.
Burke has over 31 years of experience working in the IT field. His experience in banking, government, financial services, and institution structures has given him a plethora of experience and technical knowledge to address any problem or issue. Prior to joining Onsite Tech Services, he was the IT Manager for a major financial institution for 19 years. He has held numerous titles within the IT ecosystem. His vast familiarity within IT allows him to troubleshoot and solve a wide array of E-Centric matters.
Karlin West is a Texan native but has called North Carolina home for the last 10 years. She was first brought here to finish her active duty service with the Marine Corps in Camp Lejeune after living two years in Okinawa, Japan. Karlin fell in love with the area and graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with her bachelor’s of Recreation, Sports Leadership, and Tourism Management. When she isn’t working she is enjoying flower gardening, surfing, working out, learning about medicinal herbs but really anything outside with her two dogs.
Karlin has been in the customer service field since 2004. She loves helping people no matter the situation. She has been a certified kid’s yoga instructor, summer day camp director, logistics and shipping, and many other jobs that have continuously involved people. This is why she is excited to join the team of Onsite Tech Services.
Karlin’s inviting and caring personality is the first voice you will hear. She is ready to listen and get you the correct help you need in a timely manner. She wants you to feel comfortable with all your tech needs whether it is your own home and business!
